For peak season, June through November we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance. Portland weddings and corporate galas fill our calendar quickly in summer and fall. Off-peak dates are often available on shorter notice. The best way to check is to fill out our short inquiry form.

We customize every single screen your guests interact with — 10 or more unique interactions, all designed from scratch around your event. Our screens can be designed in both English and Spanish, and our attendants are bilingual.
